White: Santenay Clos Rousseau 1er Cru, Burgundy 2007 (£39) - Rich, buttery, beautiful balance with good minerality and a long finish.

Rose: D'Olivette, Bandol, Provence (£16.49) - Dry, crisp, well balanced with a refreshing finish.

Champagne: Henriot 2002 Vintage (£39.99) - Rich and round with a fresh finish.
