Pretty much every wine drinker will agree on this statement. Whoever tasted a light and delicate “Blanc de Blanc” or a more bodied and yeasty vintage Champagne will probably experience something unforgettable, an exquisite sensation one will talk about, and remember with emotion during years.
Now imagine you were to go into the birthplace of this magic. A land of myths and legends, a place where, once upon a time, the kings of France were crown…
There is nothing like Champagne. Everything in there is abundance. Food, wine, beauty… for the happy-few who had the opportunity to fully enjoy the trip, it is usually a revelation. Either you are 80 meters underground, in the secret obscurity of their cellar, learning about how the wines are ageing in bottles, sometimes for decades, or you end up drinking their Champagne in a gastronomic “brasserie”, you just can’t help thinking there is definitely something special about this bubble…
